Small update to fix bugs occurring on the cursor:

- The cursor area wasn't update when going to full size on WebGL and some part of the screen cannot be reach => fixed!

- It wasn't possible to change a squad's colour with the mouse => fixed!

- The reachable area of the cursor when using the pad (squad's colour change & squad's action on city) wasn't good and not linked to screen size => fixed!
